I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The hotel offers rooms with a view of the mountains to die for, equipped with a terrace overlooking Goat Fell plus a king-size comfy bed. The service was top-notch, from the receptionist onwards, providing excellent customer service and accommodating all our requests. The location, right at the ferry terminal, was convenient for all our activities, although the bistro left something to be desired. Despite the fairly average coffee from a machine, the dining experience redeemed itself with hot waffles. The facilities were well-maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly cozy and had all the thoughtful amenities one could ask for, including very comfortable beds and a large flat-screen TV. Though, I wish the curtains were drawn for a bit more privacy. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff that accommodated all our requests. The location, right at the ferry terminal, made it so convenient for our travels. The dining, while offering locally sourced ingredients, was a bit of a letdown with only average coffee options. The facilities were fantastic, especially the beautiful bistro on-site. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
